24 hours of fun for a cause!  Bring your needles and hooks and join us for an hour or for the whole 24 while we create chemo hats, prayer shawls, scarves and lap blankets donated to infusion rooms throughout the area.
We have also started working with Knitted Knockers of Minnesota knitting and crocheting prosthesis for those after a mastectomy.
*Update:  There are many requests for the prayer shawls and lap blankets.  We still have some donated yarn available if you would like to pick some up to work on a shawl, lap blanket or hat for the cause.

Martha comes to share her love of crochet.  If you have any questions or need any help on a pattern, Martha is the master.  She will be available for a fee during this time.  If you would like to set up a one on one time for a fee, she is also available by appointment.

Soup/Salad Saturday
The 3rd Saturday of the month we will have a soup potluck.  This will be held during the colder months and then we will change over to Salad Saturday during the warmer months. We will take turns bringing soup and others can bring something else to share.

2016 Block of the Month
This year we are doing a block of the month challenge.  We are using the Plymouth Worsted Merino Superwash Sampler Afghan.  You can either use the Worsted Merino Superwash or one of our other great worsted weight yarns.  We are working on one block a month and then in January of 2017, we will hold a seaming party and will hold a drawing for a prize basket for those that participated.  These squares are a quick knit so you can join in any time.

2015 SOCK CHALLENGE
This year, instead of doing a project of the month as we have done the last two years, we are doing a Sock Challenge. Every 2 months, we will post a new sock pattern.  All you have to do is, purchase the yarn from Utrinkets, LLC, post to Facebook the finished project or bring it in for us to see and then you will be entered into the drawing at the end of the year.  You do not need to get it completed before the next one is posted as we know things come up in life so don't feel like you can't participate because of time. You can join in any time so don't feel that you can't participate because you didn't start in January.  If you complete all 6 pairs, you will be entered into a grand prize drawing and if you do less, you will still be entered in to another drawing.  We would love to have you join us.
